Why have you done this and why is it free?

Because we want to give back to NZ. Because it’s needed. Because we can. Because we don’t think people want to pay for this service. Because we have lots of friends and colleagues who tell us they would value this. Because we don’t like anxiety.

What’s the Executive Summary description?

Essentially a new advice and mentoring service to help creative businesses and agencies address the disruption created by Covid-19, plan for impacts and embrace the future.

Is it an alternative to some of the government advice services or Manaaki?

No it isn’t and it isn’t a primary source of advice about the wage subsidy or how to behave with the current Covid-19 restrictions. But it is personalised for the creative community and business owners because this is the world we are from and understand. 

Why the name?

We believe NZ is the greatest country in the world and the future is bright. But we have to get through this. We have to navigate through some heavy weather to get to the other side, and who better to help than some seasoned, experienced navigators.
